Learning and learning climate: to handle changing demands at work

It is often highlighted that learning in the form of continuous improvement work is needed in the health care sector in order to handle changing demands on innovative ways. Many healthcare jobs in this context want support in applying more sustainable and practical ways to engage in development work that integrates health and safety issues. The purpose of the present application is to gain an in-depth understanding of the importance of learning at various organizational levels during ongoing business development to promote employee prosperity and commitment. Within the project, longitudinal relationships and interaction between learning at different levels of organization and employee prosperity and commitment will be analyzed. In addition, in-depth qualitative case studies will be conducted on interactions, forms and conditions in a selection of approximately ten healthcare jobs that successfully integrate health and safety issues into ongoing business development. Expected results focus on the interaction between individuals' management and the development of their work situation, the social learning climate at the group level, the occurrence of organizational learning and the well-being of well-being and commitment.
